- Full name as it should appear on the letter.
- Institution, department and country.
- Programme or conference title.
- Purpose of request and participation category.
- Valid email and WhatsApp number.
Invitation letters are issued after verification of registration or programme interest. Contact the ICARSDEV office for processing.
