ICARSDEV discourages plagiarism and promotes responsible citation, originality and scholarly honesty.
Policy statement
All submissions are expected to be original. Authors must avoid copying content, duplicating previously published work, manipulating sources or presenting another person’s work as their own.
- Manuscripts with high similarity may be rejected or returned for revision.
- References, quotations, tables, figures and datasets must be properly acknowledged.
- Authors should use plagiarism-checking tools before submission.
- Fabrication, falsification and unauthorized reuse of content are prohibited.
Recommended similarity threshold: keep manuscripts below 20%, including proper citation and reference checks.
